Mountain’s Edge Master Association does not assume any responsibility for property lost or stolen from the premises or for personal injuries sustained on the premises during the Renter’s use of the premises. A General Liability policy covers bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. This coverage can be purchased through any insurance company that offers General Liability and meets our requirements.

You must provide a certificate of insurance naming Mountain's Edge Master Association and CCMC as “Also Insured” or “Additional Insured,” in an amount of not less than $1,000,000.00 liability coverage. If alcohol will be served, the insurance obtained must also contain liquor liability coverage as detailed above.

This certificate(s) shall be provided to MEMA no less than ten (10) business days prior to the event. The insurance policy must be named exactly as follows:

You can purchase one-time event insurance through any insurance company. As long as your coverage meets our requirements, we do not have limitations on the company from which you purchase coverage. Prices for Special Event Insurance vary depending on the insurance company.
