These documents have been made available to help our Homeowners, Residents, Future Residents and Contractors in understanding and working with our Community. Please note that if you live or are working in a gated neighborhood you have a Sub-Association with its own Governing Documents and requirements in addition to those of the Master Association. If you are unsure if you belong to a sub-association, or if you need information on your sub-association, check the sub-association Contact Information listed under Important Phone Numbers or feel free to contact Management at (702) 457-6362.
Design Review - All sub-associations require that your Design Review submittal (Application) be approved by them prior to submission to the Master Association. If you submit your Application to the Master and it requires Sub-Association approval it will be sent on to the Sub-Association on your behalf, providing that the application is complete. Your Sub-Association may NOT forward your application to Mountain's Edge so please submit to both Associations at the same time. Please note, you may not begin work on your Improvement until you have recieved approval from both your Sub-Association (if applicable) and the Master Association.
