      Caitlyn has served Mountain's Edge since 2014 in the roles of Receptionist, Design Review Coordinator, and now Administrative Office Coordinator. Caitlyn's familiarity with office procedures makes her an exceptional resource to community residents who are in need of assistance in checking their financial account details, accessing Mountain's Edge pavilion information, or who simply have general questions regarding the office or community.

      Ry serves the Mountain’s Edge community by overseeing the publication of The Explorer official bi-monthly community magazine, the resident exclusive weekly email newsletter and the Mountain’s Edge community website.       Mountain’s Edge is proud of being an engaged and active community. This is possible in large part thanks to our varied and extensive event programming, all of which is planned and implemented by Geraldine. Geraldine’s in depth knowledge regarding event planning has allowed her to make Mountain’s Edge resident exclusive events places where neighbors can become friends, and families make memories that will last a lifetime.       Design Review Coordinator

      Rocio offers Mountain’s Edge a dedicated and detailed eye in the Design Review department. As a liaison to the Design Review Committee, Rocio works diligently to quickly process resident exterior home alteration applications. Her work protects the continued aesthetically pleasing appearance of the community, which not only benefits home values over time but also encourages the positive neighborly feel that makes Mountain’s Edge a place people are happy to call home.

      Community Standards Coordinator

      Gaby joined the Mountain’s Edge team as the community Receptionist and has since decided to further serve Mountain's Edge in the Community Standards department. As the Community Standards Coordinator Gaby works to educate homeowners of the Community Standards as well as the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) in order to keep the Mountain's Edge community looking pristine and home values high. Gaby brings excellent customer service skills to her role as Community Standards Coordinator and is happy to provide assistance to residents with Community Standards related concerns or questions.

      In her time serving the Mountain's Edge community, Shelby has excelled in both the Design Review and Community Standards departments. Shelby is excited to now help residents in the role of Customer Service Coordinator. In this position, Shelby is able to provide assistance, education, and support the community in a wide range of topics. Shelby excels at working with residents to resolve concerns or questions, or to provide helpful resources and information to address these needs.

      Ricardo leads the small team of Community Porters that take great pride in keeping our Mountain's Edge parks beautiful and inviting. Exploration Peak Park, Nathaniel Jones Park, Paiute Park, and the walking paseos are the heart of the Mountain’s Edge community, and Ricardo's dedication to excellent service and attention to detail can be seen at each of these pristine local treasures.       Exploration Peak Park, Nathaniel Jones Park, Paiute Park, and the walking paseos are the heart of the Mountain’s Edge community. You can clearly see the love and care put in by Facilities Director Mike Anderson when you visit these locations. Mike oversees the contracted team of landscapers, as well as the contracted Community Patrol team.       Jill joined the Mountain's Edge Master Association in December of 2015. In her role as Assistant Community Manager, she partners with the Community Manager to oversee day to day operations of the Mountain's Edge community. Jill is excited to meet and assist residents with any concerns or questions.

      Community Manager

      Gary became the Community Manager in 2015 after enjoying two and a half years of service as the Director of Operations and Facilities Director of Mountain’s Edge. Gary oversees the daily operation of the entirety of the Mountain’s Edge Master Association and works closely with the Board of Directors to continue the community’s operational excellence as well as long term planning, while developing our resident education programming and increasing community pride through lifestyle and communication initiatives.
